The One.

Bingo. Thanks to Dat and him sending me a bunch of options that I have never even heard of and rejecting almost every one of them – mainly because they weren’t my style – he sent me this and that was it. However – the issue is he can’t remember the name of the kit and I can’t seem to find it anywhere.  It looks a bit like the Black Pearl-1 kit that has been modified, but at the same time, it doesn’t.

BUT I will say this – if this kit is not a one-off custom piece, I will get my hands on it. This kit really flows and brings the car together aggressively without too much going on. The only thing I won’t be getting is that $18,000+ HKS supercharger. Unless someone wants to lend me the funds without the expectation that I will be paying you back 🙂

If anyone knows – hit me up!

NINJA EDIT – Brian Lin from ClubLexus – the genius and encyclopedia of all that is Lexus just gave me some info. I’ll quote him…. Looks like it’s back to the drawing board for me again.

Jason,

The kit in that picture started off as the LXF Design Aero, but has been chopped up an extreme amount. The fogs are off another car that I can’t remember off the top of my head, but the owner of that car is the owner of Cockpit in JP. Long story short, there was and is no budget with his build, HKS supercharger, Aragosta suspension, T-Demand control arms, Brembos, the 2013 front/rear end conversion, everything. That car is ridiculous.

Anyway, the link to the LXF Design site is here:

You can see how much work was done from the aero off the shelf. Good luck!

Brian
