Got my first set of LED’s in the mail today for the Nike lights in the headlights. I thought this was seriously just going to take me 15 minutes tops. This was officially the biggest pain in the ass bulb replacement in the world. Not only do you have to take the millions of engine covers and clips off, you then have to remove the grill and then squish your hands into some mangled deformity and somehow twist the bulb socket and maneuver the bulb out. Worst. Design. Ever.

42 SMD LED’s in each bulb and it turned out pretty sick. Overall – pretty happy with the end result but man, what a bitch to do.

Finally after maneuvering my hand in that tiny ass space, I was able to somehow turn the bulb and get it out. Replaced it with the HID and voila. Looks wicked.

With the HID’s on. I want to replace the HID’s with 5000K because it’s kind of yellow and it bugs me. Looks good in this shot though cause it wasn’t fully warmed up yet. The fogs are yellow here too.
