Preparing for School

Man I’ve been slacking on posts… Been a pretty busy week starting my new position at work, getting ready for Sunday School Show & Shine tomorrow, and a whole bunch of other things.

Since it’s the long weekend, we decided to head out to Sylvan Lake all day and it ended up being such an awesome, hot day. Tons of people, lots of sun, no sunscreen and a whole body of burned skin. I knew when I picked up that sunscreen, I should have put it on more areas than my neck lol. FUU

Then I had to leave early and get back in time to clean my car and Diana came after work to clean hers as well. I’ve been so unmotivated lately to do anything with my car – including cleaning it. If it’s dirty, oh well. That seems to be my attitude lately. I’m sure it’ll change over the winter again and I’ll get back into it but I feel like I’m going into the “meh” stage with cars more and more often…

Anyways, some quick snaps of our clean whips for tomorrow. Should be a good day! +28C ! If you guys are in Calgary and aren’t doing anything tomorrow – stop by the Max Bell Arena and check it out. This show is even bigger than last year! It’s going to be a great turnout.

I made Diana clean hers outside lol. I was in the sun all day and it hurt to even have heat on my skin.

Not impressed… haha she was moaning and groaning the whole time. I think in the 3 or 4 years she’s owned the car, she’s washed it twice herself. I’ve washed it every other time and it gets washed maybe 5 times a year if it’s lucky.

Look at how white those wheels are. I hate how it only lasts 20km before they’re dirty again.

I even did my best to clean the barrels for tomorrow.

And Diana’s super clean meisters. Peep her crocs hahahaha. Just kidding – those aren’t actually hers, she just wore them to wash the car. She’s gonna freak when she sees this.
